From Needles, take highway 95 north towards Bullhead City.  Turn right (east) on Laguna Rd.  Go about 2.5 miles total to the track.

 

On Highway 95 when the fields stop on your right hand side, you will be approaching Laguna.   It's the 2nd light once you cross over the river.

 

After turning onto Laguna you will come to a stop sign, then pass the high school, then just after the houses end you will find the track.
